1.What is your company type, trade company or manufacturer?

We are a manufacturer of industrial display monitors, with a factory located in Shenzhen City.
2.What is your payment terms?

For samples, we accept 100% T/T in advance, for bulk orders, we accept deposit T/T in advance, and balance before shipment.
3.What is your trade terms?

Normally, our trade terms is EXW, if customers request other terms like FOB, CIF, we could negotiate this when come to bulk order.
4.What is your Minimum Order Quantity?

We usually don’t have MOQ request for our standard items, but for special project, we will see according to the specific requirements.
5.What is your delivery time?

For standard items, 3-4 weeks are enough, for customized ones, please check with salesmen.
7.What is your warranty period?

A 12-month warranty is a standard for all the products sold to customers, extended service time up to 2 years or 3 years are also available according customers’ requirement .
8.What kind of certificate do you have?

Our factory is certified by ISO9001 and ISO14001, our products have passed CE, RoHS, TCO, CB, UL, FCC,CCC etc.
9.Do you offer customization service?

OEM & ODM are always welcomed here. We have our own R&D team who can support our customers from the product prototype to mass production for their project.
