The capacitive touch screen uses a transparent metal layer coated on a glass plate as a conductor, and narrow electrodes are arranged on both sides of the LCD touch screen, and a low-voltage AC electric field is formed in the conductive body. When the finger touches the metal layer, when the conductive object touches, the capacitance of the contact will change, the current from the four electrodes will flow to the contact, and the controller can determine the position information of the contact through the current. Since the capacitance changes with temperature, humidity, or grounding, it has poor stability and is prone to drift.

Industrial control capacitive touch screens usually use resistive screens, but now the development of touch products is powerful, sensitive capacitive screens completely replace resistive screens, capacitive touch screens will be widely used in the industrial field.
